Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads for business loans and mortgage loans through networking, referrals, and field sales.
Meet potential customers such as business owners, entrepreneurs, and property buyers.
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to process loan applications.
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and lending policies.

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of business loans, mortgage loans, and financial products
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of banking and financial documentation
