Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and drive global revenue growth for forex and trading products across multiple markets. • Define and execute scalable forex sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. • Build, lead, and scale high-performing forex sales teams across regions. • Lead market expansion by launching and managing sales operations in new countries. • Set clear sales KPIs, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting. • Establish structured sales processes, CRM discipline, and forex sales playbooks. • Drive a performance-driven sales culture with strong accountability and compliance awareness. • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to align forex growth initiatives. • Manage key enterprise and high-value client relationships and large-ticket deal closures. • Provide clear, data-driven sales reports and performance insights to senior leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage. • Proven experience in sales leadership, revenue growth, or business development, preferably in scaling environments. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive targets, Lead revenue performance in high-growth environments, and deliver consistent results. • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and emotional intelligence. • Experience in finance, trading, fintech, or related sectors is a strong advantage. • A hands-on leader with a proactive, client-first, and performance-driven approach. • Ability to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams across markets. • Preferred Candidate (Candidates from the following countries who are currently in Dubai) India (Tamil Nadu), Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Morocco, Indonesia, Nigeria, Philippines, Egypt.
