Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Broker, you will be responsible for:
- Selling property-related investment products to high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated investors, Both from current owners and developers.
- Managing inbound leads and converting warm prospects into committed client.
- Building long-term relationships with investors across multiple markets
- Advising on structured deals in Dubai,
- Closing deals over the phone, using online portals, and in person

Structured discussions around yield, exit strategy, and capital deployment. Yourcredibility must be earned quickly, with a persuasive communication style rooted in logic, urgency, and commercial awareness. You move fast, think fast, and close fast, never waiting for permission to follow up, pitch, or negotiate. You understand that timing is everything in investment sales, and you operate with a relentless drive to convert interest into capital.
