Roles & Responsibilities
Close high-value deals with confidence and professionalism
Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships
Generate, qualify, and follow up with potential leads
Present company solutions clearly and persuasively
Lead conversations with strong communication and negotiation skills
Consistently follow up to maximize conversion rates
Coordinate directly with management to achieve sales targets
Maintain a polished and professional representation of the company

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Strong closing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
Confident, assertive, and results-oriented personality
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Energetic, persistent, and comfortable handling high-value conversations
Technical background is a plus but not mandatory
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications
