Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual credit card sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, merchants, and distribution partners.
  • Monitor application quality and portfolio performance.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven sales track record in banking or financial services
  • Knowledge of credit card products and retail banking
  • Analytical, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of banking sales experience; minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role
  • Salary: 10,000 AED – 16,000 AED(Depend On Experience)
  • Work Location: Dubai
