Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead and grow bakery equipment sales across the GCC and MEA region, driving business development, managing distributor networks, and developing new client relationships. This is a regional role requiring frequent travel to key markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional growth targets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, agents, and key accounts in bakery and food processing sectors.
  • Manage and support existing dealer networks to ensure sustained revenue growth and brand visibility.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, production facilities, and bakery chains.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to propose tailored equipment solutions.
  • Represent the company at regional exhibitions, product demos, and trade events.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
  • Oversee post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in industrial bakery equipment or food processing machinery sales, preferably across the GCC/MEA region.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, market expansion, and distributor management.
  • Strong professional network within the bakery or food manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
  • English fluency required; Arabic or French language skills are an advantage.
  • Valid GCC driving license preferred.
