Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Generate international business opportunities across UAE, GCC, UK, US, Africa, and other markets

  2. Sell HRTech / SaaS products including ATS, AI recruitment tools, recruitment automation, AI calling/interviewing, and talent intelligence platforms

  3. Connect with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruitment Agencies, Founders, HR Directors, and enterprise buyers

  4. Handle end-to-end sales: lead generation, outreach, demos, proposals, negotiation, closure, and account management

  5. Work with leadership on GTM, pricing, partnerships, product feedback, and market positioning

  6. Build a strong international sales pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene

  7. Participate in virtual meetings, networking forums, HR communities, and industry events where relevant

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 3–10+ years in International Sales, HRTech Sales, SaaS Sales, Recruitment Solutions Sales, Enterprise Sales, Staffing/RPO/MSP Business Development, or B2B Technology Sales

  2. Experience selling to UAE/GCC, UK, US, Africa, or other international markets

  3. Understanding of recruitment agencies, enterprise hiring, HR operations, and SaaS sales process

  4. Strong communication, presentation, lead generation, and closing skills

  5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a startup/high-growth environment


HRTech SaaS companies, or recruitment/staffing companies with international sales exposure will be preferred.
