Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager- Commercial Card Sales

Location: Dubai

Term: 12 months

Reports to: Head of Commercial Cards

Relevant experience:

  • 8-12 years in commercial card sales, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven success in B2B payments, especially in agriculture, procurement, or SME verticals.
  • Experience with virtual prepaid or corporate card products.
  • Familiarity with onboarding workflows and platforms like TSYS Prime or similar.


Mandatory requirements:

  • Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, supplier payments, and virtual card solutions.
  • Strong sales execution skills with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, ops, compliance).
  • Understanding of Mastercard and co-sponsor models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in English.


PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

To launch and scale Banks new Virtual Prepaid Crop Card under a co-sponsor model, targeting corporate clients in agriculture and procurement sectors. This role supports both sales growth and product refinement through client feedback and internal collaboration.

Key Activities

Core Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Drive acquisition and onboarding of corporate clients.
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches and demos.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine card features.
  • Monitor usage metrics and report performance insights.
  • Conduct client training and internal enablement sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding and servicing protocols.


Knowledge And Experience

  • Deep understanding of commercial card products and virtual prepaid solutions.
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics and client needs.
  • Experience with card lifecycle management and client onboarding.
  • Familiarity with card platforms, reporting tools, and transaction monitoring.
