Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Sales Manager- Commercial Card Sales
Location: Dubai
Term: 12 months
Reports to: Head of Commercial Cards
Relevant experience:
- 8-12 years in commercial card sales, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
- Proven success in B2B payments, especially in agriculture, procurement, or SME verticals.
- Experience with virtual prepaid or corporate card products.
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows and platforms like TSYS Prime or similar.
- Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, supplier payments, and virtual card solutions.
- Strong sales execution skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, ops, compliance).
- Understanding of Mastercard and co-sponsor models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English.
To launch and scale Banks new Virtual Prepaid Crop Card under a co-sponsor model, targeting corporate clients in agriculture and procurement sectors. This role supports both sales growth and product refinement through client feedback and internal collaboration.
Key Activities

- Drive acquisition and onboarding of corporate clients.
- Deliver tailored sales pitches and demos.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine card features.
- Monitor usage metrics and report performance insights.
- Conduct client training and internal enablement sessions.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding and servicing protocols.
- Deep understanding of commercial card products and virtual prepaid solutions.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and client needs.
- Experience with card lifecycle management and client onboarding.
- Familiarity with card platforms, reporting tools, and transaction monitoring.
