Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets for electrical panels, focusing on market penetration and growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and converting prospects into clients for electrical panels.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly to foster long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years focused on electrical panels or related electrical equipment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the electrical panel industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical panel components, design, and applications.
