Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


• Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support Sales Pursuit Review (SPR) reviews.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate sales activities to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with Sales objectives.

• Targets potential leads and pursues and plans and selects the most appropriate sales strategies and approaches.

• Apply region-specific information and tools, such as sales processes, competitive insights, sales

best practices/lessons learned from opportunity reviews, working with third-party intermediaries during

pursuits and clients' needs for business solutions within targeted industries.

• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future

sales and repeat business.

• Drives efforts to expand and grow Sibca's market share and presence through the establishment and cultivation

of ongoing relationships.

• Explores and grows the client account list, deals with incoming leads and ending sales, and initiates action

plan to advance and procure new business for the company.

• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule your activities so that these

targets are met.

• Updates the organization on changing marketing trends, enabling it to prepare and adjust plans accordingly.

• Provide consultative expertise to the development of cost models, deal structuring, and overall management

of the tactical aspects of pursuits.

• Works collaboratively with all sales teams and territories of SIBCA to ensure maximum reach

• Coordinating with all internal departments of the company to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Constantly update opportunities on the CRM thus allowing accurate forecasting

• Showing leadership skills to coach the sales team

• Provide end-to-end presales support to Sibca’s new business and add-on pursuits, thereby meeting the

pursuit submission timelines.

• Develop Bid plan with clear roles, actions, and timelines to meet the submission target date.


Desired Candidate Profile


• Bachelor’s degree in business/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in Sales or Sales Support Functions in working with national or

international organizations in the context of (Fire Fighting, Life Safety, AV, SCS, BMS, ELV,

AV, HVAC & ICT) products, and Services.

• Specialized training in sales/negotiation/win strategies

• Local market knowledge preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and Strong commercial awareness.

• A confident and determined approach.

• Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.

• A high degree of self-motivation and drive.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.
