Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Heavy Equipment Rental business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence across construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets • Generate new business and manage key client accounts • Promote rental services for heavy equipment and machinery • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and rental agreements • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Heavy Equipment Rental or Construction Equipment industry • Strong network within UAE construction, contracting, and industrial sectors • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and achieve targets • Valid UAE driving license preferred
