We're Hiring - Sales Manager

Join Guzturk Home to lead our showroom sales team and drive growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead & coach the showroom sales team to hit monthly/annual targets

Build client relationships and manage key accounts

Plan promotions, pipelines, and weekly forecasts

Monitor market trends & competitors; report insights

Ensure top-tier post-sale follow-up and NPS

Requirements

4-6 yrs experience in retail sales leadership (furniture preferred)

Strong team management, CRM, and reporting skills

Target-driven, customer-centric, excellent communication

Bachelor's in Business/Marketing (or related)
