Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned product range.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions to meet their needs.
Provide technical support to clients, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and answering technical queries.
Track and prepare regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline, forecast, and market insights.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the Estimation team.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, projects, competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market demands
Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation , Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment (e.g., flow meters, Venturi tubes, orifice plates, thermowells, etc.).
Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
Understanding of flow measurement technologies and related industrial instrumentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
