We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, and façade systems to drive business growth and expand our presence in the UAE construction market.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of the project sales cycle in the aluminium industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.

  • Promote aluminium doors, windows, curtain wall, and façade systems to contractors, consultants, and developers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project proposals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

  • Work closely with estimation, technical, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales background in aluminium doors, windows, or façade systems.

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE construction industry.

  • Proven track record in project-based sales.

  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.

  • UAE driving license preferred.
