Job Description

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a knack for leading successful teams and closing deals? As a Sales Manager specializing in the power industry, you will drive the sales strategy and oversee a team whose main focus is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients, develop market presences, and achieve sales targets in the power sector. Your role is pivotal to enhancing our market share and ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive sales experience within the power industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to forecast market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximize profits.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the company's customer base and territories.
  • Partner with senior management to set priorities and focus sales resources effectively.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals with major clients, ensuring that targets are met.
  • Evaluate customer service levels and recommend improvements to ensure client needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and presentations to management.
  • Train and develop less experienced sales team members to improve sales skills.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with marketing directors in order to drive business development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the power industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and directing a successful sales team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to guide decision-making processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
