Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A leading FMCG Group is hiring a senior-level Sales Manager based in Dubai to lead Non-Food FMCG sales and distribution across the MENA region. The role requires proven expertise in driving revenue growth, managing distributor networks, and expanding market presence across multiple markets, with significant regional sales leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by market, brand, and SKU through effective sales planning and execution.

  • Identify new business opportunities while managing and expanding distributor and key client relationships.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business growth.

  • Prepare annual sales forecasts in coordination with distributors based on sell-out data and market demand.

  • Track sales performance, stock availability, and distribution coverage through regular market visits.

  • Monitor secondary and tertiary sales to improve market penetration and distribution depth.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, BTL activities, and trade marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure effective implementation of merchandising standards and brand visibility across markets.

  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to support business decisions and performance improvements.

  • Provide product training, sales support, and marketing briefings to distributors and customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 - 10 years of sales leadership experience within the FMCG sector at a regional level, managing sales & distributors across GCC/MENA markets, preferably in the personal care or non-food category.

  • Proven experience driving sales growth and expanding market presence across multiple territories.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with ERP systems.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage.
