Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales/ Business Development Manager with strong experience in selling ERP software solutions and ELV Security Hardware Products across the UAE and KSA Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UAE and KSA.
Drive sales of ERP Solutions along with ELV security systems such as CCTV, access control, gate barriers, and time attendance systems.
Previous experience in RFID/Barcode Solution will be an added advantage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
4–7 years of proven experience in ERP software sales and ELV security hardware solutions in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE/KSA market dynamics and client networks
Experience dealing with corporate clients, contractors, and project-based sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Preferred:
Experience in sectors such as Retail, logistics, hospitality, or facilities management
Existing network with consultants, contractors, and enterprise clients
