Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales/ Business Development Manager with strong experience in selling ERP software solutions and ELV Security Hardware Products across the UAE and KSA Region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the UAE and KSA.

  • Drive sales of ERP Solutions along with ELV security systems such as CCTV, access control, gate barriers, and time attendance systems.

  • Previous experience in RFID/Barcode Solution will be an added advantage.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators

  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in ERP software sales and ELV security hardware solutions in the UAE

  • Strong knowledge of UAE/KSA market dynamics and client networks

  • Experience dealing with corporate clients, contractors, and project-based sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently

  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Preferred:

  • Experience in sectors such as Retail, logistics, hospitality, or facilities management

  • Existing network with consultants, contractors, and enterprise clients
