Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling properties.

Cultivate relationships with potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to generate leads and referrals.

Conduct property tours and showings for prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of available properties.

Negotiate sales contracts, lease agreements, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to facilitate smooth transactions.

Stay informed about Dubai market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor sales performance.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and legal, to ensure compliance with regulations and promote properties effectively.

Maintain and update listings of available properties

Achieve and exceed the targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma degree in business, Marketing, or a similar role in the sales department.
  • 1 Years of experience in real estate within the Dubai market.
