Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our leading real estate development team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be fluent in Arabic and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service standards are maintained.
- • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to represent the company and expand client base.
Requirements:
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE market, preferably with a developer.
- • Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
- • Proven sales track record and ability to lead a team.
- • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and customer preferences.
- • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
