Our client, a leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is expanding their Off-Plan Sales team and is seeking motivated, client-focused Sales Managers to join their fast-paced, high-performing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals looking to build a long-term career in Dubai’s premium real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Sell premium off-plan properties to both local and international clients
Conduct client presentations, viewings, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Stay updated on market trends, project launches, and competitor offering

Desired Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license
Fluent in English; additional languages (Turkish, French, Russian, German, Chinese, other European languages) are a strong advantage
Driven, professional, and confident working in a target-driven environment
