Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients in targeted verticals.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Actively engage in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision makers.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Build and nurture a strong professional network within Dubai s enterprise ecosystem.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in WiFi and telecom solutions.
  • Represent EZELINK in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences as required.
  • Report regularly to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Technical Skills:

  • End-to-end understanding of WiFi networking including Access Points, Wireless LAN Controllers, HSIA Bandwidth Management Gateways, Load Balancers, Switches, and Routers.
  • Strong knowledge of WiFi Core Technologies; awareness of IEEE Standards and WiFi 6/WiFi 7 is an advantage.
  • Ability to align technical solutions with customer requirements in sectors like malls, hotels, education, healthcare, transportation, and enterprise.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong business acumen with a hunter mentality (proactive prospecting and deal closing).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic (Arabic is preferred).
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships and trust with enterprise clients.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable with the ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about delivering value-driven customer experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Buisness or a related field.
  • Master s degree is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (required).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales and business development experience in WiFi or Networking domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving at least $3M+ annual sales target.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE market experience in direct customer-facing roles.
  • Strong background in WiFi System Integration (SI) is a must.
  • Prior experience with principal WiFi vendors or WiFi system integrators is highly desirable.
