Roles & Responsibilities
What you will do
- This is a cluster role for two of Four Seasons Hotels Dubai
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve assigned revenue growth for the assigned market and segment
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, colleagues, and the global sales network.
- Monitor sales production, analyse market data, and adjust sales strategies to meet planned goals.
- Negotiate and secure group contracts, considering room availability, rates, and revenue objectives.
- Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and networking opportunities to develop new and identify potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring retention and repeat business.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- To drive direct sales activities of the Hotel to achieve budgeted and assigned goals.
- Monitor and identify current and future business trends to insure profitable sales in periods of low and high demand.
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan.
- Regular travel is required with this position.
Desired Candidate Profile
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Arabic & English. Arabic is a must.
A highly motivated individual and great team player
Luxury Hotel Sales preferred (minimum of 3 years) or 3 5 or operational hotel experience
Have knowledge of Sales Force and Opera
Experience with Leisure Travel
An excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Strong planning and organizing skill
Proven record of sales achievements
Experience with cluster / multi-properties is an advantage
