Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard tour & travel agencies to bring regular tourist / group dining business to our restaurant chain in Dubai.
• Build partnerships with event planners / event management companies to host birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and celebrations.
• Meet monthly sales targets by generating bulk bookings and group reservations.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and ensure recurring business.
• Conduct visits, presentations and follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Share daily / weekly business update reports with management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality sales / banquet sales / channel sales / travel trade partnerships preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, confident communicator, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.

Additional Details

• Primary responsibility: Sales only focused solely on getting business for the restaurants.
• No other administrative / operations work involved.
