With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager - MICE to join One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) within the hotel. The MICE Manager will work closely with various departments to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have MICE experience in U.A.E with a proven record of active clients, both locally and internationally.
• Ability to travel internationally, mainly to Europe but other destinations too.
• It is a pro-active MICE role.

Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract MICE business along with the team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel s MICE services.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets for MICE.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MICE in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• UAE driving license.

• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage budget.
