Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the China Ticketing Team and Events Team to achieve performance targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Chinese and UAE markets
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Analyze market trends and implement strategies to strengthen presence in both markets
Drive revenue growth through sales strategies and business development initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth ticketing and event operations
Report on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Chinese national with professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Tourism, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in managerial role, preferably in travel, ticketing, or events
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills
