Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase market share in the real estate sector.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and report on key performance indicators and sales forecasts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide insights to senior management.
- Deal Closure: Engage directly in client negotiations, handle objections, and close transactions effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes and client satisfaction.
- Valid UAE Driver's license is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, if necessary.

The Sales Manager (Direct Sales) will play a vital role in driving our sales strategy and executing direct sales initiatives within the real estate sector. This position requires a dynamic leader who can not only coach and manage a sales team but also actively engage with clients to close deals. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the real estate market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales in the real estate sector (mandatory).
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales manager position.
