Roles & Responsibilities

Were seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive end-to-end sales for cutting-edge AI / ML / Data Analytics solutions across the UAE and KSA.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 7+ years
Type: Full-time | Target-based | Client-facing

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Acquire new enterprise clients across UAE & KSA.
  • Account Management: Strengthen long-term partnerships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and other senior decision-makers.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and forecast opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client objectives.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the organization at events, forums, and CXO roundtables.

Requirements

  • 68 years of experience in Analytics, SaaS, or IT Consulting Sales, ideally within the UAE.
  • Based in Dubai, with a deep understanding of the local enterprise ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to hunt and farm enterprise accounts using a consultative approach.
  • Pre-existing CXO-level relationships are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for sales tracking and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
