Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new office interior and fit-out projects, focusing on high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and consultants to understand project requirements and secure repeat business.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals and quotations, showcasing the company's design capabilities and project management expertise.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets for office interior and fit-out services.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new materials, and innovative design trends in office interiors.
  • Mentor and train junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture and driving team success.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the office interior and fit-out industry, demonstrating consistent success.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of commercial design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing key decision-makers.
  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Is fluent in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
  • Displays excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
