Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Own product sales strategy, order intake, and margins
-Lead bid/capture teams and manage tender responses
-Provide technical and commercial support for proposals
-Build strong customer relationships and manage accounts across the project lifecycle
-Conduct market intelligence and support product development
-Present solutions to customers and at industry events marketing partners, and internal teams
Desired Candidate Profile
-MSc or equivalent with proven sales success in marine/port solutions
-Strong knowledge of marine industry and port operations
-Expertise in solutions (VTS, VTMS, PMIS, SIM, etc.)
-Strategic mindset, strong communication, and customer focus
-Results-driven, collaborative, and high ownership attitude
