Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The hiring company -an established manufacturer of powder coating materials with many years of production is now expanding its commercial presence in the UAE market and seeks a motivated Sales Manager to lead this new growth phase.
Develop and execute sales strategies to open and grow the UAE and regional markets for the hiring Company- expertise.
Identify and build relationships with distributors, applicators, and industrial clients.
Manage customer accounts and support technical and marketing activities.
Prepare reports and market feedback for business development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in industrial coatings / powder coatings / paint sector or related B2B sectors
self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset to build business from ground up
Strong regional network in UAE and GCC markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Based in UAE and ready to join immediately.
Competitive compensation (salary, bonus and company car) will be offered to the most suitable and experienced candidates.
