Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the real estate market to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

  • Identify and analyze market trends to position the company effectively against competitors and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to enhance business development efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is essential; an MBA is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in the real estate sector.
