Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue growth within the real estate market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2-5years of progressive experience in UAE Real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a sales management or leadership role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and successfully managing and mentoring sales teams.

  • Deep understanding of the real estate market, including property types, market trends, and investment strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and develop effective sales strategies.
