Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Manager – Travel Retail will be responsible for managing and growing Mazaya’s travel retail business by building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and travel retail operators. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, commercial acumen, and hands-on sales execution to maximize market share and visibility for the brand.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, distribution, and profitability targets within travel retail markets.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts including duty-free operators, distributors, and retail partners across airports, borders, and cruise channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure Mazaya’s products are optimally listed and positioned.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand manager and the marketing team to drive brand visibility and activation within travel retail environments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to guide business strategy.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, brand guidelines, and travel retail regulations.
