Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development efforts in the UAE and broader GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of BFSI Segment (specially Insurance). He/ She would have strong relationships within the insurance & other BFS ecosystem and a proven track record of consultative selling of technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by selling Nexsys services and NexAccel products across UAE/GCC
  • Drive revenue growth by cross selling / upselling Nexsys services and NexAccel products in current customers
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with Insurance companies, Insurance brokers & Aggregators
  • Ability to engage with business and technology stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and position Nexsys solutions through consultative selling
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closure
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams for solutioning
  • Develop strategic account plans and pipeline forecasts
  • Represent Nexsys at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in insurance/insurtech

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

  • 3- 8 years in B2B sales in BFSI segment (preferably in insurance technology / insurtech / SaaS)
  • Experience selling into Insurance Companies and Insurance Brokers in GCC

Communication:

  • Fluent in English (Mandatory)
  • Arabic (Good to have)

Mobility:

  • Must have a valid UAE driving license. Should be able to travel independently using own vehicle
