Sales Office Manager - Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the inside sales team, ensuring efficient and timely execution of duties.
- Coordinate regional marketing promotions and customer communications.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate customer databases and records.
- Conduct weekly reviews to ensure sales process compliance.
- Guide the team in providing comprehensive sales support to Account Managers and customers
- Implement IoT lead management procedures to achieve regional booking targets.
- Hold bi-weekly review calls with Account Managers to address open enquiries.
- Oversee forecasting for both direct and distribution sales channels.
- Manage accounts receivable disputes to ensure timely resolution.
- Support order placement processes, including account and product creation, tender pre-qualification, and invoice milestone tracking.
- Analyse machine sales by country and prepare reports for commercial leaders.
- Ensure the sales team receive full training on essential tools
- Organise and coordinate sales conferences, meetings, events, training sessions, and factory visits.
- Deliver quarterly communication to distributors via newsletters.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Proven track record in implementing effective sales processes.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving improvements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with high proficiency in English.
- CRM proficiency desirable but not essential.
