Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate and fleet clients to drive business growth

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Promote and sell customized automotive maintenance and repair solutions

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements based on client needs

  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales and profit targets

  • Coordinate with the garage/operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Follow up on client accounts, renewals, and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Update and manage client data, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (automotive, fleet, or service industry preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and garage operations

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build relationships and manage multiple clients

  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset

  • Familiar with CRM systems and basic computer applications

  • Valid UAE driving license is required
