Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on specific market segments.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the unique needs of each client, showcasing product benefits.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems for effective tracking and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.

  • Relevant certifications in sales methodologies or customer relationship management are highly advantageous.

  • Must have valid UAE driving Licence

  • Experience in B2B sales environments, particularly in sectors like technology or pharmaceuticals, is preferred.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive sales strategies and customer insights.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
