Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on specific market segments.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the unique needs of each client, showcasing product benefits.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems for effective tracking and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
Relevant certifications in sales methodologies or customer relationship management are highly advantageous.
Must have valid UAE driving Licence
Experience in B2B sales environments, particularly in sectors like technology or pharmaceuticals, is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive sales strategies and customer insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
