Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support sales channel strategies by working with regional and digital sales teams to ensure alignment and effective CRM territory management.
- Drive customer segmentation tools, strategies, and processes to support targeted sales activities.
- Implement and support CRM requirements, dashboards, integrations, and user adoption.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the sales process.
- Provide rollout support and manage ongoing requests related to eCommerce tools and initiatives.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns by aligning sales personas and user scenarios with key digital toolsets.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate live, virtual, and hybrid product demonstrations to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Coordinate event logistics and collaborate with marketing teams on event promotion, branding, and communications.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

- A bachelor s degree or equivalent education in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or relevant practical experience.

- Strong interest in sales operations, data analysis, and digital enablement.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with willingness to further develop technical and analytical skills.
