Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are hiring a performance-oriented Sales & Operations Executive to support our telematics manufacturing business in Dubai. The role blends B2B sales, logistics coordination, and financial tracking, ensuring seamless execution from client acquisition to order fulfillment and revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2B sales of telematics devices and solutions across UAE/GCC markets.
- Generate and convert leads through networking, partners, and direct outreach.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals within defined timelines.
- Build long-term relationships with fleet operators, OEMs, and system integrators.
Logistics & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment schedules, inventory levels, and documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and clearing agents when required.
Financial Reporting & Collections
- Maintain records of sales orders, invoicing, and collections.
- Track receivables and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and revenue reports.
- Coordinate with finance on VAT compliance and reconciliations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales target achievement and new account acquisition
- Order fulfillment accuracy and on-time delivery
- Inventory efficiency and reduced logistics delays
- Collection efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Customer satisfaction and cross-functional coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Telematics, IoT, Automotive, Electronics, or Technology Manufacturing
- Exposure to logistics coordination and financial reporting preferred
- UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and ERP tools
- High attention to detail with an analytical approach
- Ability to manage end-to-end commercial operations independently
