Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products to customers in retail stores, events, or designated locations
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and confidently
  • Engage customers, answer questions, and address concerns professionally
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock availability
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team
  • Build positive relationships with customers and store staff
  • Follow company policies, sales scripts, and promotional guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in sales or marketing is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or promotions preferred
  • Strong English communication
  • Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
