Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage potential customers in Schengen countries, presenting visa and job opportunities with enthusiasm.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual aspirations and match them with suitable job openings and visa options.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about visa application processes, eligibility criteria, and associated costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized support and guidance throughout their application journey.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the visa or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other major European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish) is essential; multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
