International Workshop Sales Representative – GCC Region (Remote) Company: Gestaltpower Location: Remote – covering UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman Type: Commission-based (possibility of full-time after 3 months) About Gestaltpower Gestaltpower delivers transformative workshops and executive coaching programs designed to create alignment, presence, and purpose within multicultural teams. We are now expanding into the GCC region to support forward-thinking organizations that value human connection as much as strategy and innovation. What You’ll Do Identify and approach HR managers, directors, and decision-makers in international or regional organizations. Present our workshop and coaching offerings via online meetings. Build relationships and manage leads through the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing. Collaborate with facilitators to ensure smooth handover and delivery to clients. Our Offerings Workshops: from AED 12,500 per session (up to 15 per month possible) Coaching sessions: AED 750 each Commission: 20% of all confirmed sales What We Offer You Full training on the concept, methodology, and client approach. 100% remote work with flexible hours. Access to international clients and leadership networks in the GCC. Potential monthly earnings exceeding AED 30,000 for top performers. 3-month trial period (commission only), followed by the opportunity for a fixed salary + commission contract. Who You Are You have experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably within consulting, HR solutions, training, or leadership development. You are confident presenting to executives and HR professionals in English (Arabic is a plus). You are self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently. You have cultural awareness and familiarity with the GCC market.
