Reporting To: Reservations Manager
Job Summary:
The Reservation Executive is responsible for handling customer bookings for hotels, transfers, tours, and other travel services. The role involves managing reservations, communicating with clients, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Management:
Handle hotel, transfer, and tour bookings. Ensure all booking details are correct.
Client Communication:
Respond to client inquiries, confirm bookings, send itineraries and assist with clients special requests in a professional manner.
Supplier Coordination:
Work with hotels and suppliers to confirm bookings and ensure availability.
Customer Service:
Provide support to clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp, address concerns, and help with changes or cancellations.
Administrative Duties:
Keep accurate booking records and assist with reports for the team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree (preferred) or experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service.
Minimum 2 years of experience in reservations and customer service within the travel and tourism industry in UAE Hotels and B2B Portals.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a helpful attitude.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with UAE visa processing, hotel bookings, and travel regulations is a plus.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic is a plus).
Working Conditions:
Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
