Job description:

Responsible for selling and promoting electrical and electronic devices to customers within the showroom or store, providing the necessary technical information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing sales according to the specified goals.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Receiving and welcoming customers and accurately understanding their needs.

• Providing a clear explanation of the specifications, benefits, and uses of electrical and electronic devices.

• Answering customers' technical and operational inquiries.

• Suggesting suitable products based on the customer's needs and budget.

• Displaying products, organizing shelves, and ensuring that equipment is ready for display.

• Issuing sales invoices and documenting transactions on the approved system.

• Achieving monthly sales targets and adhering to the establishment's sales policies.

Required skills:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade.

• Good knowledge of electrical and electronic devices and their specifications.

• Customer service skills and the ability to deal with different personalities.

• The ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Tact and good appearance.

Academic qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent as a minimum.

• Preference will be given to those with previous experience in selling electrical or electronic appliances.
