Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales of Neuro/Spine related portfolio across both government and private healthcare sectors in Qatar

  • Identify and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy

  • Lead and coordinate participation in government and private tender processes

  • Conduct product demos, clinical support sessions, and follow-ups with hospital staff

  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and customer interaction records

  • Provide regular market insights, competitor activity updates, and product performance feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in Neuro/Spine Medical Devices

  • Ready to relocate to Qatar (Local hiring preferred)

  • Strong understanding of the surgical instruments, especially government & private hospitals (preferred)

  • Ability to establish a network of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), surgeons, and procurement professionals

  • Demonstrated success in handling tenders and institutional sales

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

  • Confident, presentable, and target-driven with a humble attitude

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent preferred
