Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We re seeking a sales representative to manage WhatsApp chats, respond to client inquiries, coordinate with our B2B yacht suppliers in Dubai, and close sales. You ll be the bridge between our customers and our suppliers. Ensuring every conversation results in a smooth and successful booking.

This is a full-time, remote position for an individual based in the Philippines, requiring excellent written and spoken English, strong sales instincts, and the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to WhatsApp inquiries
  • Qualify leads by asking the right questions (event type, guest count, budget, etc.)
  • Recommend the best available yachts from our supplier network
  • Coordinate with Dubai-based yacht operators to confirm availability and pricing
  • Send quotes, follow up with leads, and close bookings through chat
  • Deliver outstanding service while balancing multiple client conversations
  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure the post-sale handoff is smooth

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Fast typing skills and the ability to juggle multiple chat threads
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work during Gulf Standard Time (Dubai hours)
  • Stable internet connection and professional remote work setup
