Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Drive conversion of inbound and outbound leads through consultative and solution-oriented selling.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, productivity, and pipeline health.

  • Ensure accurate understanding and communication of POA products as well as other extended services, processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.

  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Support the team in building strong, trust-based relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant POA and allied services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in consultative or service-based sales, with at least 1 year in a team-handling or supervisory role.

  • Experience in legal, financial, or documentation services will be an added advantage.

  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

  • Ability to manage priorities, meet targets, and lead by example.
