Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Team leader with strong forex market expertise to join our team. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships. This is a strategic role requiring a mix of leadership, business development, and hands-on sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and targets.
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or account managers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and client onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and increase client conversion
- Deliver regular performance reports and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Keep the team updated on compliance requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the forex, CFD, or online trading industry.
- Solid understanding of forex trading platforms, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
- Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
